British Council trip to Russia

In February Martin is off to Petrozavodsk via Moscow.  This is part of his continuing work with the British Council where he is acting as an Expert on the Future City Game being held there.  On the way he has been asked to speak at the British Embassy on an as-yet unknown topic.  Average temperature in February is around minus nine degrees celsius so look out for strange headgear on his return.
