We are acting as structural engineers for Town Centre Securities plc on this new eight storey office block in the Piccadilly Basin, Manchester.

We are currently exploring the structural material options for the design of this building with its unique raking perimeter column layout.  The project is a good example of how we have worked in close collaboration with the architect to influence the appearance and form of the building.
