In November 2009 Inspiral, the consortium comprising Regenter, Great Places Housing Group and Rok was confirmed as Preferred Bidder for the £130 million housing and regeneration project in Oldham.

We are engaged to deliver the movement and highway engineering for this exciting public private partnership which will transform five sites across four ‘gateway’ neighbourhoods of Clarkwell, Crossley, Fitton Hill and Primrose Bank into diverse and attractive residential areas.  The initial phase of the project will involve the construction of 430 new social and private homes, the modernisation and refurbishment of 324 existing council homes and the selective demolition of 332 existing properties.

High quality public open spaces, improved car parking and new community facilities form an integral part of this project and will create modern and sustainable communities where people will choose to live and work.
